If the only thing stopping you from getting this wonderful wonderful game is the price, then Steam is giving you no excuses this weekend. World of Goo is only five bucks (US$4.99) in this weekend’s Steam sale. If you’re really stingy, check-out the demo 1st and find out if it’s worth it (yes it is!). I’m telling [...] … well, you should if you’re willing to deal with a deep/heavy storyline involving personal issues, the nature of humanity, and supes. The story ain’t for everybody, nor is the movie. If you still don’t know, Watchmen is a movie directed by Zack Snyder based on a 12-issue comic of the same name, which was written [...] I had a strong intention of finishing by today a post I started working on last night, but I always get sidetracked by hamster-controlled robots (which I first saw at last night’s Attack of the Show) and Watchmen ticket reservations. Perhaps I should start using Tangent Logs to manage my distractions. Could be a good supplement [...] I managed to try out Street Fighter IV on the PS3 last weekend, and I must say I’m pretty happy with it. I haven’t played it long enough for the negative aspects of the game to start revealing itself to me (maybe check-out David Sirlin’s blog for an idea of possible pitfalls), but so far [...] |
