Fantasy Flight Games is launching an annual figure painting contest for their game Descent: Journeys in the Dark. Every year, FFG will select a figure from the game as the subject for the contest. Contestants should then paint the said figure, take pictures, then email the pics to FFG.
For this year’s contest, they chose the Dragon. All entries must be submitted by July 4, 2008.

From what I’ve read, the contest doesn’t appear restricted to certain countries. So yes, people in the Philippines can probably join. 
So if you’ve got the game lying around and you think you can (or have already!) paint, then why don’t you give it a shot?
