Migration Phase 1 is Done
Regular visitors might notice that I haven’t been posting much lately since I came back from Australia. Aside from being busy with errands, I’ve been working on this migration. Phase 1 is done, which is basically getting my old posts to work with WordPress, my domain, and my current webhost.
Since you can now actually read this,things generally migrated well. I still have to fix some links and cross-references that got screwed-up in migration, as well as to slowly get the images back on track (apparently, only the image source links were updated, the images themselves were not imported). Some of the search results from Google won’t work anymore because of the change in the link system. Hopefully, the Google spider will reflect my new setup soon.
Regardless, I think the migration went well. Hopefully, I won’t get stuck trying to fix the loose ends.
